Registration for CPA’s 2014 Spring Meeting, May 18-21, at the CasaMagna Marriott in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico is now available. Based on member recommendations, the Spring Meeting program has been extended by a half day to provide more networking opportunities.
The meeting begins on Sunday evening with a welcome reception and dinner at 6:30pm for all attendees and registered spouses. The Chairman’s Dinner will now be held on Tuesday and the meeting concludes on Wednesday morning with the CPA Board of Directors assembly. Due to the location, there will not be a CPA-organized golf tournament this year.
This is CPA’s first meeting at an all-inclusive property. The hotel room rate includes three meals daily, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), internet, taxes and much more.
Hotel reservations are now being accepted. The CPA all-inclusive room rate, available through April 25, is $245 per night for single occupancy and $384 per night for double occupancy. CPA has significantly reduced the meeting registration fee due to the all-inclusive property and estimates a savings of over $300 per attendee compared to a typical Spring Meeting (this includes hotel room, taxes, meals and registration rate).
